SMS Messaging Terms
These terms explain text messages sent by IDA Industries LLC and distinguish them from messages a participating dealership may send through IDA-supported services.
1. IDA Industries inquiry messaging
If you separately opt in on idaindustries.com, IDA Industries LLC may send conversational text messages about your inquiry, requested product information, demo scheduling, and related customer service. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself give SMS consent.
2. Participating dealership messaging
A participating dealership may operate its own messaging program for vehicle inquiries, inventory information, appointments, and customer service. Consent given to IDA does not authorize a dealership to text you, and consent given to a dealership does not authorize IDA or another dealership to text you. Each sender is responsible for obtaining its own consent for the stated purpose.
3. How you opt in
IDA's website presents SMS consent as a separate, optional, unchecked choice. The disclosure identifies IDA as the sender, describes the subject of the messages, and explains how to opt out or get help. IDA keeps a record of the disclosure, date, method, and source associated with an affirmative choice.
4. Frequency, charges, and eligibility
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and responses. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to consent.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the applicable sender's messaging program. Recognized alternatives may include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. No further texts will be sent through that program unless you later provide renewed consent or send a recognized opt-in request.
6. Help
Reply HELP for assistance. For IDA Industries messaging, contact admin@idaindustries.com. For a dealership messaging program, contact that dealership directly.
7. Mobile information and consent records
IDA does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to communications and infrastructure providers only as necessary to deliver, secure, and support the requested messaging service. Consent is specific to the identified sender and purpose and is not transferable.
8. Delivery and changes
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. We may update these terms as our messaging program or legal obligations change. If a change materially expands the sender or purpose covered by consent, we will seek a new affirmative opt-in where required.
