Privacy Policy
This policy explains how IDA Industries LLC (“IDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through our websites, dealership software, and related services.
1. Our role
For inquiries submitted directly through idaindustries.com, IDA determines why and how the information is used. When a participating dealership uses our platform to manage its leads or communicate with its customers, that dealership controls the customer relationship and IDA processes information to provide services to that dealership.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how our services are used, information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company or dealership information, inquiry details, vehicle interests, lead sources, appointment information, conversation content, dealership assignments, consent choices and supporting consent records, inventory information, account information, technical logs, and service usage information.
3. How information is used
- Respond to IDA product, partnership, demo, and support inquiries.
- Provide and secure the IDA platform.
- Support customer-requested dealership communications.
- Match vehicle inquiries with relevant dealership inventory.
- Manage leads, assignments, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Record consent choices and honor opt-out requests.
- Prevent duplicate records, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain service records, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and support.
4. Website analytics and attribution
Our public website records first-touch and last-touch campaign information such as UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and a privacy-limited referrer. Session attribution may be kept for the current visit so an inquiry can be connected to the source that brought the visitor to IDA. Persistent attribution and optional analytics or advertising measurement tools are enabled only after the visitor allows analytics cookies.
When configured and allowed, we may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure page views and controlled conversion events. IDA does not send inquiry form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or free-text messages through these browser events. Visitors may allow or decline analytics and may reopen “Privacy choices” at any time. Authoritative dealership activation events may also be recorded server-side for operational conversion measurement without exposing provider credentials in the browser.
5. Information sharing
We may share information with the participating dealership responsible for the customer relationship and with service providers that help us operate hosting, communications, security, data storage, analytics, and related business functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and service security.
IDA does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Communications and infrastructure providers may process this information only as necessary to deliver, secure, and support the messaging you requested.
6. Text messaging and consent
SMS participation is voluntary and requires a separate affirmative choice. Merely providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not authorize text messages. Consent identifies the sender and purpose, is not a condition of purchase, and does not transfer between IDA, a dealership, or any other sender. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable program or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Messaging Terms for details.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for services, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business needs. Consent records may include the exact disclosure presented, your choice, the date and time, the method, and the source page so that IDA can document and honor that choice.
8. Choices and requests
Customers may contact the dealership with which they interacted to request access, correction, or deletion of dealership-controlled information. Requests concerning IDA-controlled information may be sent to admin@idaindustries.com. We may need to coordinate with the responsible dealership and verify the requester's identity.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
