What is an AI credit? A standard reply or draft uses 1 credit, a report explanation 5, and an advanced analysis 10. Human-written messages use no AI credits. Internal retries and failed generations are not charged.
What counts as a text? SMS is billed by carrier segment; longer messages can use multiple segments. Both inbound and outbound count. Standard domestic rates shown. Taxes and carrier registration/campaign fees are additional.
A few good questions
Existing subscriptions, signed agreements, accepted promotions and contracted inclusions do not change automatically. A separately agreed amendment is required.
The annual option shows the effective monthly amount; the annual total is prepaid for 12 months. Add-ons are separate. A 12-month commitment billed monthly is a separately negotiated arrangement.
